Dasha Beets is a Dutch jazz singer who released the album "BACH...because" in 2022. This album combines European classical music, ancient poetry, and American jazz and blues. Beets translated beautiful poems by great literary minds into English and combined them with works by Johann Sebastian Bach, creating a unique program full of poetry, song, musical collaboration, and improvisation.
