De Poema's was a Dutch occasional band formed in 1999 by merging members of the band Van Dik Hout and the duo Acda & De Munnik. During their collaboration, which lasted until 2003, they released several singles, including "Mijn Houten Hart," "Zij Maakt Het Verschil," and "Ik Mis Niets," which achieved success in the Dutch charts. In 2003, they released the album "Best Of," comprising all the songs they recorded together over the years. Their music is characterized as a blend of pop and rock.
