Dear Deceased is an American stoner metal band formed in 1990 in San Jose, California. Their music blends influences from crossover thrash, post-punk, glam rock, industrial, grunge, and British heavy metal, drawing particular inspiration from Black Sabbath. Initially performing instrumentally, they later added vocalist Erik Kliever. The band recorded material at House of Faith studio under Bart Thurber but disbanded before securing a record deal. In 2024, these recordings were rediscovered and released as "Beneath the Desert Floor: Chapter 7" through Ripple Music. The products available from the artist Dear Deceased include vinyls.
