Deee-Lite was an American dance music group formed in 1986 in New York City. The trio consisted of Lady Miss Kier (vocals), DJ Dmitry (keyboards), and Towa Tei (keyboards). Their 1990 debut album, "World Clique," featured the hit single "Groove Is in the Heart," which reached the top five on both the US Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Singles Chart. The album also included tracks like "Power of Love" and "Good Beat." Deee-Lite was known for their unique blend of house, funk, and psychedelic elements. They collaborated with artists such as Bootsy Collins, Q-Tip, Fred Wesley, and Maceo Parker. After releasing two more albums, "Infinity Within" (1992) and "Dewdrops in the Garden" (1994), the group disbanded in the mid-1990s. The products available from the artist Deee-Lite include vinyls.
