Delta Piano Trio is a Dutch piano trio founded in 2013 in Salzburg by violinist Gerard Spronk, cellist Irene Enzlin, and pianist Vera Kooper. In April 2024, German-Irish cellist Nuala McKenna joined the trio. They studied in Salzburg, Paris, and Basel under mentors such as Wolfgang Redik, Rainer Schmidt, and Anton Kernjak. The trio has received several awards, including the Kersjes Prize in 2021. They have released four albums, including "Milking Darkness" in 2023, featuring works by composer Lera Auerbach.
