Deserted Fear is a German death metal band formed in 2007 in Eisenberg. The original lineup consisted of vocalist and guitarist Manuel "Mahne" Glatter, guitarist and producer Fabian Hildebrandt, and drummer Simon Mengs. Their 2012 debut album, "My Empire," produced by Dan Swanö, received positive reviews. Subsequent albums include "Kingdom of Worms" (2014), "Dead Shores Rising" (2017), "Drowned by Humanity" (2019), and "Doomsday" (2022). The band is known for its melodic approach to death metal and has performed with acts such as Obituary, At The Gates, and Morbid Angel.
