Desmod is a Slovak pop-rock band from Nitra, active since 1996. The current lineup consists of Mário "Kuly" Kollár (vocals), Dušan Minka (bass guitar), Jano Škorec (drums), Rišo Synčák (guitar), and Rišo Nagy (guitar). Their discography includes albums such as "001" (2000), "Derylov svet" (2003), "Skupinová terapia" (2004), and "Molekuly zvuku" (2017). The band has received several awards, including seven first-place finishes in the "Zlatý slávik" poll, and lead singer Mário "Kuly" Kollár has been repeatedly recognized as Television Personality of the Year (OTO).
