empty cell Diabolical Masquerade
Diabolical Masquerade was a Swedish one-man black metal band with progressive influences, founded in 1993 in Stockholm by Anders "Blakkheim" Nyström, known as the guitarist of Katatonia. The project allowed Nyström to explore more extreme musical styles, resulting in four studio albums: "Ravendusk in My Heart" (1996), "The Phantom Lodge" (1997), "Nightwork" (1998), and "Death's Design" (2001). The final album was conceived as a soundtrack to a nonexistent Swedish horror movie, featuring 61 tracks divided into 20 movements. In 2004, Nyström ended the project due to a lack of inspiration for a fifth album. The products available from the artist Diabolical Masquerade include vinyls.
