Diana Tishchenko is a Ukrainian violinist born in 1990 in Simferopol, Crimea. She studied at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin and the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz. In 2018, she won the Grand Prix Jacques Thibaud at the Long Thibaud Crespin Competition in Paris. In 2019, she released her debut album "Strangers in PARadISe" under the Warner Classics label, featuring sonatas by Ravel, Enescu, Ysaÿe, and Prokofiev. Tishchenko has performed in leading concert halls across Europe, including the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Philharmonie de Paris, and Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. She has collaborated with conductors such as Ivan Fischer and François-Xavier Roth. She plays on a 17th-century violin by Antonio Stradivari.
