Disdained is a Swedish melodic progressive metal band formed in 2005. Their debut album, "Kill My Only Enemy," was released in 2011 and features tracks like "Eternal Night" and "I Live for Your Pain." The band is known for their energetic live performances, including appearances at festivals such as Harvester Rock and Sweden Rock Festival. After a hiatus, they returned to the stage in 2022, performing at the Gefle Metal Festival and opening for Scar Symmetry. Disdained plans to release a new single soon and is working on a new album.
