Dispatch is an American indie/roots folk band formed in 1996 in Middlebury, Vermont. The group consists of Chad Urmston, Brad Corrigan, and Pete Heimbold. They are known for their eclectic style, blending genres such as rock, folk, and reggae. Their notable albums include "Bang Bang" (1997), "Silent Steeples" (1996), and "Circles Around the Sun" (2012). After a hiatus in 2002, they returned in 2011 with a new EP, followed by the release of "Circles Around the Sun."
