DJ Sneak, born Carlos Sosa, is a Puerto Rican-born American DJ and producer who grew up in Chicago. He is considered part of the second wave of Chicago house producers. In 1994, he released his first tracks on Cajual and Relief Records, gaining international recognition. Notable albums include "Kinky Trax Collection" (1996) and "Blue Funk Files" (1997). His style is characterized by groove-heavy house music with disco filters. He has collaborated with artists like Daft Punk and Armand Van Helden. In 2001, he founded his own label, Magnetic Recordings.
