Dødsfall is a Norwegian black metal band formed in January 2010 by guitarist and bassist Ishtar from the band Moonlight. The band is known for its raw and cold approach to old school black metal. Their debut demo "Svarte Vinger" was recorded in January 2010, and shortly thereafter, they signed a contract with the German label Obscure Abhorrence Productions. Notable albums include "Inn i Mørkets Kongedømme" (2012), "Djevelens Evangelie" (2013), and "Døden Skal Ikke Vente" (2019). The band has collaborated with members of bands such as Marduk and Hordagaard. Their music is characterized by dark lyrics and atmospheric melodies that reflect the essence of Norwegian black metal.
