Don & Dewey were an American rock, blues, and R&B duo consisting of Don "Sugarcane" Harris and Dewey Terry. Active from 1956 to 1964 and later from 1975 to 1999, they did not achieve major hits themselves, but their songs like "I'm Leaving It Up to You" and "Farmer John" became successful when covered by other artists. Harris later collaborated with Frank Zappa and John Mayall, while Terry continued his musical career until his death in 2003.
