In 1969, she released her debut album "I'm a Loser," produced by Jerry "Swamp Dogg" Williams Jr. The album featured the hit "To the Other Woman (I'm the Other Woman)," which reached number 7 on the Billboard R&B chart. In 1971, she followed up with the album "A Legend in Her Own Time." Duke was known for her deep soul delivery and collaborated with several notable musicians of her time. She passed away on March 21, 2019.
