Duo Gurfinkel is an Israeli clarinet duo composed of brothers Alexander and Daniel Gurfinkel. They began their careers at a young age and quickly gained international recognition for their virtuosic performances. Their debut album, "Concertante," was released in March 2018 and features works by composers such as Camille Saint-Saëns, Carl Baermann, Amilcare Ponchielli, Georges Bizet, Sergei Prokofiev, and George Gershwin. The album was recorded with the Philharmonisches Orchester des Staatstheaters Cottbus under the direction of conductor Evan Alexis Christ. Duo Gurfinkel is known for their ability to interpret a wide range of classical repertoire with precision and emotional depth.
