Dzyan was a German jazz-rock band active from 1971 to 1974. The original lineup included Harry Krämer (guitar), Jochen Leuschner (vocals), Gerd Ehrmann (saxophone), Ludwig Braum (drums), and Reinhard Karwatky (bass). The band released three studio albums: "Dzyan" (1972), "Time Machine" (1973), and "Electric Silence" (1974). Their music blended elements of progressive rock, jazz-rock, and krautrock. Throughout their career, they underwent several personnel changes, with a later lineup featuring Eddy Marron (guitar), Reinhard Karwatky (bass), and Peter Giger (drums).
