East India Youth is the stage name of British musician William Doyle, who gained recognition with his debut album "Total Strife Forever" in 2014. This album was nominated for the Mercury Prize. The follow-up album, "Culture of Volume," was released in 2015 under XL Recordings. Doyle's music blends elements of electronic music, indie pop, and alternative genres.
