Eddy Arnold was an American country music singer, known as an innovator of the Nashville sound in the late 1950s. Throughout his career, he placed 147 songs on the Billboard country music charts and sold over 85 million records. He was a member of the Grand Ole Opry from 1943 and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1966. His most notable albums include "My World" and "Somebody Like Me". He collaborated with artists such as Hank Snow and Patsy Cline.
