Elektro Guzzi is an Austrian techno band from Vienna, formed in 2004. The group consists of guitarist Bernhard Hammer, bassist Jakob Schneidewind, and drummer Bernhard Breuer. They are known for performing live techno music without the use of computers or loops, utilizing traditional instruments such as guitar, bass, and drums. Their debut album, "Elektro Guzzi," was released in 2010 under the Macro label. Other notable albums include "Parquet" (2011), "Observatory" (2014), and "Polybrass" (2018). The band has performed at international festivals such as Sónar, Mutek, and Roskilde. In 2012, they received the EBBA award for their album "Parquet."
