Ella van Poucke is a Dutch cellist born in 1994 in Amsterdam. She studied at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, Conservatorium van Amsterdam, and the Kronberg Academy. As a soloist, she has performed with orchestras such as the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra and the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2010, she founded the Chamber Music Festival Amsterdam with her brother, Nicolas van Poucke. Her notable recordings include "Robert Schumann: Complete Works for Cello" (2021) and "Rachmaninoff: Sonata for Cello and Piano Op. 19" (2023). Since September 2022, she has been teaching at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
