Ellefson-Soto is a musical collaboration between bassist David Ellefson and vocalist Jeff Scott Soto. Their debut album, "Vacation in the Underworld," was released on October 7, 2022, under Rat Pak Records. The album features 11 tracks and 3 bonus recordings, with Steve Conley and Ken Mary from Flotsam and Jetsam guesting on the title track. Jade Etro from the Italian power metal band Frozen Crown appears on "The Day Before Tomorrow." Produced by Chris Collier, the album was recorded at Rogue Studios in London. Ellefson-Soto combines various metal styles, reflecting the influences both musicians have acquired over their more than forty-year careers.
