Eric Carmen was an American singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, known as the frontman of the Raspberries and a successful solo artist. With the Raspberries, he achieved the hit "Go All the Way" and released four albums. After the band's breakup in 1975, he embarked on a solo career, with his debut album featuring the hit "All by Myself". His other notable songs include "Never Gonna Fall in Love Again", "She Did It", "Hungry Eyes", and "Make Me Lose Control". Carmen's songs appeared on several soundtracks, including "Dirty Dancing" and "Footloose". He passed away in March 2024 at the age of 74.
