Eric Nam is an American singer, songwriter, and television personality based in South Korea. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, he studied at Boston College. After participating in the South Korean talent show "Star Audition: Birth of a Great Star 2" in 2011–2012, he began his music career. He has released several albums, including "Before We Begin" (2019), "There and Back Again" (2022), and "House on a Hill" (2023). His music blends elements of K-pop, R&B, and EDM. Beyond music, he is a co-founder of DIVE Studios and the mental health-focused platform Mindset. In 2023, he was honored with the TIME100 Impact Award.
