Evan Call is an American composer and arranger active in Japan. Born in California, he studied film scoring at Berklee College of Music. After graduation, he moved to Japan to work in the anime and game industry. He was a member of the music group Elements Garden and later joined the agency Miracle Bus. His notable works include soundtracks for anime series such as "Violet Evergarden," "Muv-Luv Alternative," and "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End." In 2025, he won the Tokyo Anime Award in the Sound/Performance category for his work on "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End." The products available from the artist Evan Call include vinyls.
