Fox the Fox was a Dutch funk band founded in 1981 by Berth Tamaëla and Silhouette Musmin. The band is best known for their 1984 hit "Precious Little Diamond," which reached fifth place on the German charts and 18th on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart. Their debut album, "In the Dark of the Nite," was released in 1984, followed by "Diamonds" in 1989. After Tamaëla's departure in 1990, the band disbanded. Musmin later pursued a career in alternative medicine in Amsterdam, while Tamaëla continued his musical endeavors.
