Francesca Torelli is an Italian lutenist and theorbo player, recognized as a leading interpreter of early music. She studied at the Conservatory of Verona and the Guildhall School of Music in London. Torelli has released several albums, including "Renaissance Fantasias: 16th Century Lute Music across Europe" (2022) and "Le Dialogue: Charles Mouton Lute Suites" (2020). She is also the founder and director of the ensemble Scintille di Musica and teaches lute at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan.
