Fred and the Healers is a Belgian blues and blues-rock band formed in 1994 by guitarist Frédéric Lani. The original lineup included Lani, bassist Jean-Marie 'Papy X' Lani, and drummer Marc Lhommel. The band released several albums, including 'First' (1997), 'I Gotta Leave' (1998), 'Electerrified' (2001), and 'Red' (2004). After a hiatus from 2004 to 2012, the group reunited and continued creating and performing music. Their sound is influenced by artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Rory Gallagher, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. The band has performed over 500 concerts across Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Canada, and Italy.
