Garnett Silk was a Jamaican reggae musician known for his emotive and powerful voice. In the 1980s, he began his career as a deejay under the name Little Bimbo, later transitioning to singing. His 1992 debut album "It's Growing" features hits like "Hello Mama Africa". He collaborated with artists such as Tony Rebel and Buju Banton.
