Gazpacho is a Norwegian progressive rock band formed in 1996 in Oslo. Original members Jon-Arne Vilbo (guitar) and Thomas Andersen (keyboards) joined forces with vocalist Jan Henrik Ohme. They were later joined by Mikael Krømer (violin, mandolin), Lars Erik Asp (drums), and Kristian Torp (bass guitar). The band is known for their conceptual albums, such as "Night" (2007), which is divided into five parts and explores the boundaries between dreams and reality. Other notable albums include "March of Ghosts" (2012) and "Demon" (2014). Gazpacho has frequently collaborated with the British band Marillion and has gained international recognition for their atmospheric and emotive compositions.
