Generation Radio is an American rock supergroup formed in 2020. The band consists of Jay DeMarcus from Rascal Flatts, Jason Scheff, former lead vocalist and bassist of Chicago, drummer Steve Ferrone from Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, guitarist Chris Rodriguez, and guitarist Tom Yankton. Their debut album, "Generation Radio," was released on August 12, 2022, under Frontiers Records. The group focuses on reviving classic 80s rock, with their music influenced by bands like Chicago and Journey. In 2023, they began recording their second album and plan a nationwide tour.
