Geordie is a rock band from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England, formed in 1972. The original lineup consisted of vocalist Brian Johnson, guitarist Vic Malcolm, bassist Tom Hill, and drummer Brian Gibson. Their debut album, "Hope You Like It," released in 1973, featured hits like "Don't Do That" and "All Because of You." In 1980, Brian Johnson left the band to join AC/DC. Geordie continued with various lineups and celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2022 with a new single, "Red, White and Blue."
