Giulia Ballarè is an Italian classical guitarist born in 1987 in Novara. She began studying guitar at the age of nine and graduated in 2012 from the Conservatory in Novara under M° Guido Fichtner. She attended masterclasses with prominent figures such as Oscar Ghiglia, David Russell, and Pavel Steidl. She has won over 30 prizes in international competitions, including first places at Andrés Segovia (Linares, 2018) and Ciudad de Coria (Spain, 2017). She has performed at prestigious venues like Musikverein Wien and Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. Her discography includes albums "Lirically Spain" (2013), "Untuned Guitar" (2019), and "Lo que vendrá" (2023). She has served as a guitar professor at the Conservatoire de Musique de Genève and has conducted masterclasses in various countries.
