Gjermund Larsen Trio is a Norwegian musical group consisting of violinist Gjermund Larsen, pianist and harmonium player Andreas Utnem, and double bassist Sondre Meisfjord. Formed in 2006, the trio is renowned for its unique blend of traditional Norwegian folk music with elements of chamber music, bluegrass, baroque, and contemporary music. Their debut album, "Ankomst" (2008), received the Spellemannprisen award in the traditional folk music category. Subsequent albums include "Aurum" (2010), "Reise" (2013), and "Tøyen Sessions" (2023).
