His debut album, "Je deviens moi," released in 2005, reached number one on the French charts. In 2006, he released the live album "Olympia 06." Following his untimely death in 2007, a posthumous album titled "La Voix d'un ange" was released. Lemarchal was known for his pop-rock style and collaborated with artists such as Lucie Silvas and Michel Sardou. Despite battling cystic fibrosis, he sold over 2 million albums.
