Haiku Salut is an instrumental trio from the Derbyshire Dales in England, formed in 2010. The group comprises multi-instrumentalists Gemma Barkerwood, Sophie Barkerwood, and Louise Croft, who play a variety of instruments including accordion, piano, glockenspiel, trumpet, guitar, ukulele, drums, and melodica. Their music blends elements of electronica, folk, and post-rock. They released their debut album, "Tricolore," in 2013, followed by "Etch and Etch Deep" (2015), "There Is No Elsewhere" (2018), and "The Hill, The Light, The Ghost" (2021). In 2017, they collaborated with Public Service Broadcasting on the track "They Gave Me A Lamp." The band is known for their "lamp shows," where they synchronize music with vintage lamp light effects.
