Hedvig Mollestad Trio is a Norwegian instrumental band formed in 2009 by guitarist Hedvig Mollestad Thomassen, bassist Ellen Brekken, and drummer Ivar Loe Bjørnstad. Their music blends elements of jazz, rock, and psychedelia, drawing inspiration from the 1970s. Notable albums include "Shoot!" (2011), "All of Them Witches" (2013), and "Enfant Terrible" (2014). The trio has received international acclaim for both their studio recordings and live performances. In 2009, they were awarded the Jazztalentprisen at the Moldejazz festival.
