Helado Negro, born Roberto Carlos Lange, is an American musician of Ecuadorian descent. Born in 1980 in Florida, he grew up in South Florida. His music blends elements of indie pop, electronic, and folk, often featuring bilingual lyrics in English and Spanish. Notable albums include "This Is How You Smile" (2019), "Far In" (2021), and "Phasor" (2024). Lange has collaborated with artists such as Sufjan Stevens and Devendra Banhart.
