Hellspike is a Portuguese speed/thrash metal band formed in 2019 in Lisbon. The band members, Rick Metal (vocals, bass) and Zellpike (guitar), previously played in bands such as Ravensire, Ironsword, and Inquisitor. Their debut album, "Lords of War," was released in October 2020 under Metal on Metal Records. In November 2021, they followed up with their second album, "Dynasties of Decay." Hellspike's music is influenced by bands like Iron Angel, Sodom, and Grave Digger, combining melodic elements with aggressive riffs and fast tempos.
