Hepcat is a ska and reggae band formed in Southern California in 1989. Their debut album, "Out of Nowhere," was released in 1993 on Moon Ska Records, followed by "Scientific" (1996), "Right on Time" (1998), and "Push n' Shove" (2000). The band is known for their soulful harmonies and rhythms influenced by 1960s Jamaican ska. Hepcat has collaborated with artists such as The Aggrolites and The Slackers.
