High Contrast is a British drum and bass producer and DJ, born Lincoln Barrett. He debuted in 2002 with the album "True Colours" under Hospital Records. His other notable albums include "High Society" (2004), "Tough Guys Don't Dance" (2007), and "The Agony and the Ecstasy" (2012). He is known for his melodic and soulful approach to drum and bass. He has collaborated with artists such as Tiësto and Underworld and has remixed tracks for Adele and Coldplay. In 2012, he received a Brit Awards nomination for his remix of Adele's "Hometown Glory."
