High Tone Son of a Bitch (HTSOB) is an American stoner/doom metal band formed by brothers Paul and Andrew Kott after the dissolution of their previous band, Cruevo. The band is known for its psychedelic hard rock and post-doom sound. Following Andrew Kott's tragic death in 2007, the band disbanded but was revived by Paul Kott in 2019. HTSOB has collaborated with members from bands such as Noothgrush, Kalas, Hammers of Misfortune, Melvins, Hawkwind, Acid King, Neurosis, High on Fire, and Sleep.
