Ian North was an American musician and songwriter, known as the leader of the band Milk 'N' Cookies and later as a solo artist. After the band's dissolution in 1977, he moved to London, where he formed the group Neo, part of the early punk movement. Following a brief stint with Neo, North pursued a solo career, releasing albums such as "Neo" and "Rape of Orchids".
