Ihsahn is a Norwegian multi-instrumentalist and composer, best known as a member of the black metal band Emperor. During his solo career, he has released eight albums, including "The Adversary" (2006) and "Ámr" (2018). His music blends elements of black metal, progressive metal, and classical music. Ihsahn has collaborated with artists such as Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth, and his album "After" was nominated for the Norwegian Spellemannprisen award.
