Immersion is a British electronic duo comprising Colin Newman of Wire and Malka Spigel of Minimal Compact. In 2021, they released "Nanocluster Vol. 1," collaborating with artists such as Tarwater, Laetitia Sadier, Ulrich Schnauss, and Scanner. This project originated from a Brighton-based club night where Immersion partnered with various artists for unique performances. The album features tracks like "Ripples" and "Mrs. Wood" with Tarwater, "Uncensored" with Laetitia Sadier, and "So Much Green" with Ulrich Schnauss. Their music blends ambient and experimental elements, creating distinctive soundscapes.
