Indica is a Finnish pop rock band formed in 2001 in Helsinki. Their debut album, "Ikuinen virta" (2004), achieved platinum status in Finland. Other notable albums include "Tuuliset tienoot" (2005), "Kadonnut puutarha" (2007), and "Valoissa" (2008). In 2010, they released their first English-language album, "A Way Away." Their music blends pop rock, alternative rock, and symphonic metal. The band collaborated with Tuomas Holopainen of Nightwish on the "Valoissa" album. In 2014, they released "Shine" in English and "Akvaario" in Finnish. In 2023, they announced a return after an 8-year hiatus and released the single "Year 95."
