Isabelle van Keulen is a Dutch violinist and violist, born in 1966 in Mijdrecht. In 1984, she won the Young Musician of the Year award, launching her international career. Known for her versatility, she performs on both violin and viola, engaging in chamber music across various ensembles. She has collaborated with pianist Ronald Brautigam and mezzo-soprano Christianne Stotijn. In 1995, she founded the Isos Quartet, and in 2011, the Isabelle van Keulen Ensemble, focusing on Astor Piazzolla's Tango Nuevo. Since 2012, she has been a professor at the Lucerne School of Music, and since 2017, the artistic director of the Deutsche Kammerakademie Neuss.
