Ive Mendes, known as the 'Brazilian Queen of Smooth Jazz,' blends Bossa Nova, Smooth Jazz, Soul, and Pop into a unique sound. Born in Ceres, Brazil, she began her musical journey singing in church choirs and studying piano. After earning a music degree from the University of Goiania, she taught creative arts before fully dedicating herself to songwriting and performing. Her 2002 self-titled debut album, produced by Robin Millar, launched her onto the international stage. The 2009 album 'Magnetism' achieved double platinum status in Poland. In April 2025, she performed at the Symphony of Mercy in Krakow, premiering the song 'Graças a Deus.' She plans to release her new album 'Presence' in autumn 2025.
