Jack Stamp is an American conductor and composer born in 1954 in College Park, Maryland. He is renowned for his works for wind ensembles, with his most notable piece being "Gavorkna Fanfare". In 1993, he founded the Keystone Wind Ensemble, comprising students, alumni, and professors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with whom he has recorded 16 albums. Stamp has received several accolades, including the Orpheus Award in 1996 and membership in the American Bandmasters Association in 2000.
