Jah Thomas, born Nkrumah Manley Thomas, is a Jamaican reggae deejay and producer who rose to prominence in the 1970s. His 1978 debut album, "Stop Yuh Loafin'", gained international recognition. He subsequently founded his own labels, Midnight Rock and Nura, producing music for artists such as Triston Palma, Barrington Levy, and Johnny Osbourne. His collaborations with the Roots Radics band and mixing engineer Scientist contributed to shaping the dancehall sound.
